3. Light salad dressings are high in fructose corn syrup which is high in calories. Though light salad dressing carry less calories, the added fructose corn syrup or sugar as sweeteners can actually cause you to gain more weight.

4. Last but not least, always watch out for junk foods and avoid them at all costs.
